beautifully created, Katie. I like prayer beads - I am told over and over just how calming they are.

Yes for sure! I pray the rosary and it always makes me feel peaceful, not just while I am praying but it leaves me with a sense of peace in my life.

So expressive, many stories in those hands FL

Katie Dobies replied:

Yes Angela, you're right how many stories his hands could tell if they could, a picture is still worth at least a thousand words.

Well done, Katie! You say so much with so little in this photograph. LF

Katie Dobies replied:

Hi William, I really appreciate that. The touch of his fingers to the beads is very captivating indeed.

I miss that part in my life when hands reached out and worked the beads...not that long ago and it is nice to be reminded...

Katie Dobies replied:

Hi Sabina, That is interesting to think about. I pray the rosary, and make rainbow colored rosaries as mission work, so I can understand missing that feeling of beads in your hands and praying. It is a part of many cultures.
