Description
Wintery landscape of Utah mountains, Dixie National Forest. This was one of those happenstance photos. I was actually shooting something 180 degrees the other way and I thought of an old trick. When you are shooting the obvious subject, turn around and see if there is an even better shot that is not the obvious shot. In this case, that advice worked. There is something about the fact that it is mostly white and then there is unexpected layers of colors and a mountain range across the middle of the photo. To me, art is the unexpected! Enjoy one of my favorites, my friends.
